– Drizzyapp.com will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and pictures on Spotify.
– Drizzyapp.com does not guarantee that your new plays and followers will interact with your future uploads, we simply guarantee you to get the plays and followers you pay for and interaction during the process. All future uploads will be ignored unless an Automatic monthly listeners package is purchased.
– You will not upload anything into the Drizzyapp.com including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Spotify community.
– Followers and plays can be delivered at a gradual speed, at request only. This request must be made before the order takes place.
– Payments are processed using PayPal’s secure system, with no sensitive financial information being input through our website. Secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption.
– You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and plays, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address.

9. Change of terms
– This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by Drizzyapp.com is required upon your continued use of our website or software.
Since Drizzyappcom is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.
